Imprint Information for Style B Masterpiece Headings only!

If you are ordering Style B (personalized) Calendars, please type your desired imprint information into a word document and email it to us at info@ashbypublishing.com. Along with the imprint information please reference your online order number from the shopping cart or let us know what the quantity, denomination, and shipping/billing addresses are in the body of the email.

Methods of Shipment

To assure delivery of your order, please provide your complete street address along with the correct zip code. If you have a P.O. Box, we ship fourth class parcel post, but will not assume responsibility if the package is lost or late. At your request Ashby will ship by an express delivery service. Please write or call for special prices on 2nd Day or Overnight deliveries.

If you request 2nd Day or Overnight Delivery, we must receive your order by 10:00 am. This applies to Style A only.

Terms

Calendars are not sold on consignment and calendar pads are not sold separately. Calendars are not returnable and are non-refundable. Any checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds will be subject to a $25.00 additional charge. No C.O.D. orders accepted.

Photos (Style C, D, or E)

Please furnish the photo or illustration of your choice. We have the capability to enlarge or reduce the size to fit the calendar heading. No negatives, photocopies, postcards, or magazine clippings please. On the Style E Full Color Heading, we do accept color slides, transparencies, and digital photo files. All electronic submissions must be in JPEG, JPG, or TIFF format with at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at actual photo size. We return all photos to you.

Sponsors

Many Churches have sponsors who take pride in helping the church distribute useful educational aids. Sponsors may include a local funeral home or a member of your church with a local business.

Order Form

If you are ordering by mail, please fill out the order form above. If your order is accompanied by full payment using a check or money order (excluding credit card payments), you will not be charged for shipping. Ashby will pay shipping charges to one continental USA address only.

When ordering by telephone or fax, please have the order form completed and previous year's information ready for faster service and personal record keeping. See our Contact Page for more numbers and information.

You can also order online and pay with your Visa or MasterCard. Simply go to our Shopping Cart and follow the links to fast and secure online shopping. Online purchases apply to Styles A and B only.

Delivery

Please allow 2 weeks if you are ordering the Style A calendar. Calendar styles, B, C, D, and E require 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Remember, if a proof is requested your order will be delayed at least one to two more weeks!

Proofs

A proof of your type will be sent to you if requested or if your copy is not legible by staff. This will delay your order, so once you receive it please sign, make corrections if needed and return to us promptly. If there are no corrections please call us.
